  • Worksheet and Handouts help participants analyze and document what they have learned. Reproducible from hard copy or MS Word 6.0 disk. 

  • Utilize Enclosed Computer Disk to Customize Activities/Questions, Handouts, Worksheet, & Instructions (written at 6th grade reading level) to fit any population.

  • Personal Job Plan, developed by each participant, documents their response to all Activities/Questions and Handouts, resulting in a plan they can follow during their real job search! 

  • Moderator Involvement motivates trainees, while providing the consistency, common sense, and insight necessary to keep them on the right track. Moderator Guide is included with complete instructions on how to make Finding the Right Job work for you. 

  • Program Flexibility allows you to use FRJ over a period of hours, days, weeks, even months as the core program for your vocational training or as a supplement to other programs. Incorporate additional training material into FRJ by adding handouts, Activities/Questions, and Workbook entries.
